As a Doctor of Naturopathic Health and an International Chaplain, I am deeply passionate about empowering communities, care groups, and organizations with the transformative tools needed to build a bridge to holistic wellness. For over five years, I had the privilege of facilitating wellness education at Lone Star Community College. I have also brought these vital principles into the healthcare and spiritual spaces—forming a dedicated holistic wellness group held at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital, and facilitating programs across various other hospitals, churches, corporate settings, and group events.

By combining evidence-based natural health education with spiritual alignment, my presentations provide practical "how-to" blueprints for stewarding the physical temple and reclaiming vibrant health.
